WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Festival acadien de Clare is exonerated of all responsibility pursuant to the following conditions:
I undersigned understand and accept that the Festival acadien de Clare, its employees, volunteers, agents, waiters and representatives (hereby collectively named "Festival") are not in any manner held responsible for any accidents, loss of property or death that might be subject Participants attributable to, but not limited to, negligence or inattentiveness on the part of the Festival in the context of parade activities on August 1st, 2010.
I specifically release and declare no responsibility to the Festival, and give it complete indemnity for all complaints and legal actions against costs, expenses, claims, personal injuries, death or loss incurred by Participants attending parade activities on August 1st, 2010.
Signature: By signing this document, I understand and accept all the conditions and terms that I have read and that have been fully explained to me. I understand that the activities in which participants will be taking part may have certain risks associated.

Information for parade participants
- The parade will take place on Sunday, August 1st, 2010. Rain or shine.
- The parade will begin at exactly 1:30pm.
- The parade will begin at the Club social de Clare, Little Brook and finish at the Université Sainte-Anne, Church Point (3km).
- The theme for this year's parade is Tribute to Herb LeBlanc.
- Installation and parking of floats before the parade begins will be at the Club social de Clare, Petit-Ruisseau.
- You may arrive at the site any time after 9am.
- Once you arrive you will be given a number for your entry.
- Make sure that it is visible for judges and parade organizers to see.
- If you have a float that falls under a category for a trophy we ask that your float be ready by 12 noon, because this is when the judges will be going through.
- All participants must be on site by 12:30pm (because the road closes by this time).
- All participants must be ready by 1pm.
