Description: Join us in kicking off the 67th Festival acadien de Clare at the Opening Ceremony! Following the ceremony will be a concert by La Famille LeBlanc, a musical family from New Brunswick as well as Charles et Monique, a local musical duo.

Description: Come taste some of our delicious food, visit arts and crafts kiosks and enjoy yourself with games and entertainment, all in a friendly and joyful atmosphere.

11:30am: Lions bingo in the gymnasium

Destination: Université Sainte-Anne, 1695 Highway 1, Church Point

Description: Come and attend a screening of the documentary Le dernier chant de la baleine with Julien Robichaud. Currently, there are 350 right whales left in Eastern Canadian waters. Julien Robichaud discovers the dangers that threaten the species, but also the initiatives that have been put in place to avoid its extinction.

Description: Magitte is sad because she can no longer depend on Ulysse. But a new discovery gives her hope of new, beautiful gifts. However as you know, everything that is free is not guaranteed to be beautiful, especially in Magitte and Bertha’s life. One after the other, problems appear!

Description: Come dance and enjoy the fun with the group Pieds à Terre and local caller Natalie Robichaud. Square dancing and contra dancing. You do not need any dancing experience to join in and kids are encouraged to participate as well.

Description: Youth 12 and under are invited to participate in the traditional Acadian children’s parade! The parade will depart the Stella Maris Church in Meteghan at 1:30 p.m. at will end at the Villa Acadienne. Prizes will be given to the best dressed! Participants and families are invited to stay afterwards for a snack.
